The rhino post at the pool is now fully operational again. An engineer from the company called and sorted the issue yesterday.
We are unsure what caused the problem but In future please ensure that your key is only removed from the lock once it is unlocked and returned to the 12 o’clock position.
Please also ensure that the post is lowered down into the ground and not dropped.
